The causes and ways of managing stress are as individualized as each of us.
One of the things that is universal in dealing with stress is talking with someone you trust.
Most recently I’ve been seeing/hearing about the stress associated with events such as, but not limited to: moving, looking for a new job, the changing landscape of COVID, the anniversary of 9/11, the loss of a loved one or marriage.
The impacts have included: the inability to maintain focus, self-doubt, demotivation, weight gain, irritability and being overwhelmed.
