Do you find yourself…

Do you feel like you are always the person everyone else counts on, but you rarely make space for yourself?

Do you feel burned out, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long?

Are you navigating a life transition and wondering what this next chapter is supposed to look like?

Do you keep asking yourself, “Is this really how I want to spend the next season of my life?”

If you recognize yourself in any of these questions, coaching may be the space you need to pause, reconnect with yourself, and begin exploring what comes next.

FAQs About Coaching

How do I know if life coaching is right for me?

1

Life coaching may be a good fit if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from what you want, or unsure about your next step. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. Many women seek coaching because life looks fine on the outside, but something no longer feels aligned on the inside. Coaching gives you space to step away from the noise, sort through what matters most, and make intentional choices about what comes next.

Do I need to know what I want before starting?

2

No. In fact, many women begin coaching because they are not sure what they want anymore. You may know that something needs to change without knowing exactly what that change should look like. Coaching can help you reconnect with your interests, priorities, values, and goals so you can begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What happens during an exploratory call?

3

An exploratory call is a relaxed conversation where we talk about what is bringing you to coaching, what you are hoping to change or better understand, and what support might be most helpful. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about my coaching approach, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before the call.

Do you offer virtual coaching?

4

Yes. Virtual coaching allows us to work together from wherever you are, making it easier to fit coaching into your life without adding travel time or another complicated commitment to your schedule. Sessions are designed to feel personal, focused, and supportive, whether you are joining from home, your office, or another quiet space where you can give yourself time to think.
